This is an important factor that most people fail to consider when researching virtual addresses for their personal or business use.
  • Available Address Locations: When you look up the addresses on Google Street view, will you find a small shop in a strip mall or do they have professional office buildings available as well?
  • Mail Volume Options: Does the virtual mailbox provider have plans that cater to a variety of mail volume needs?
  • Mobile Apps: Nowadays, you need to have an app for iOS and Android to manage your mailbox on the go, but surprisingly not all of these companies have one.
  • Local Pickup? Some virtual mailbox companies will allow you to save money by picking up mail from the location in person. Others restrict this for security reasons. It’s important to know what you need and whether the service you use offers it.
